Meet the Burlington Team

The 'Burlington' name comes from our founders, Glenn and Norene - long time Barrie residents active in the Barrie real estate market since 1993. 

	Our leader and senior partner, Glenn is a Certified Relocation Specialist (CERC), holds a Real Estate Broker's licence, and is a past Director of the Barrie and District Real Estate Board.  Glenn credits the continually improving team approach with helping The Burlington Team rank among the top 1% of RE/MAX performers worldwide.		As a member of an international association of women who love to sing - Sweet Adelines - Norene knows how to take on a challenge. In her role of Client Care Specialist she is responsible keeping our Sellers up to date on the market and orchestrating a host of marketing initiatives. As well Norene has years of experience as a Buyers Agent and has a tremendous wealth of local market knowledge.
	Brandon Schmidt, the 'sports guy' of the Team, works with Buyers to help them find and own that "dream house". Combining empathy with experience and insight into local real estate he works hard to protect you and to help you get the right home at the best price. Coming from a real estate family helps immensely - you can count on him to make sure you get to those hot new listings ahead of the competition.		In addition to being trained by industry experts ranking at the top of the Real Estate field Greg Clubine has a high tech background that helps him give his clients a 'leading edge' advantage. You'll find him personable and extremely interested in your needs and wants.
